Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in carrying Great Dane Creative products! We’re so excited to partner with you and share our needlepoint canvases with a wider audience. Please review the terms below before placing your first wholesale order.

Opening Order & Reorders

• Opening Order Minimum: $350.
• Reorder Minimum: $200

Payment Terms

• In-Stock Orders: Payment is due in full at the time of order.
• Pre-Orders: 50% deposit is due at the time of order, with the remaining 50% due just prior to shipment.

Shipping

• All wholesale orders are shipped via USPS.
• Shipping costs will be calculated and invoiced once your order is ready to ship.
• Tracking information will be provided as soon as the package is on its way.

Lead Times

• In-Stock Products: Ship within 3–5 business days.
• Pre-Orders or Custom Requests: Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders unless items arrive damaged.
• Please inspect all items upon arrival and notify us of any issues within 5 business days.

Photography & Branding

• Stockists are welcome to use any lifestyle or product photos provided by Great Dane Creative.
• We ask that you credit Great Dane Creative in product descriptions and social media posts when possible.
• Please do not alter or edit product designs.
